The GSM-9500R is the first alarm system of its type in NZ which can be Programmed and Remotely Controlled all from your mobile phone.

The GSM-9500R will send an SMS/Text alert if the alarm is triggered, up to 5 phone numbers can be programmed into this system, if the sensor batteries become low in power a notification text alert is sent to the first phone number, the system will also send a text alert if the mains power is cut.

No hard wiring is required as our GSM Alarm Systems operate on a 12v power supply using step down power adapters or can be connected directly to a 12v power source with a 500mA fuse placed in between the power source and the Alarm Panel.

2Degrees Sim Cards:  Purchase a 2Degrees sim card HERE for $10, a top up of $20 is required, any credit is available for 12 months, then top up again after 12 Months.

We also advise that you register the 2Degrees sim card on the 2Degrees web site, this way you can keep track of the credit and usage and can top up again without removing the sim card from the alarm panel

What is RFID:

RFID stands for Radio-Frequency IDentification. The acronym refers to small electronic devices that consist of a small chip and an antenna. The chip typically is capable of carrying 2,000 bytes of data or less.

The RFID device serves the same purpose as a bar code or a magnetic strip on the back of a credit card or ATM card, the RFID device must be scanned to retrieve the identifying information.

With our GSM-9500R Alarm Systems the RFID works on a similar bases, the user simply holds the RFID Tag over the RFID Reader on the alarm panel and it disarms the alarm system.
